I-159 pending, Want to go back to China, what shall I do with the I-94????
I am holding B2 visa, at the end of last month I applied extension for my visa (I-159) . But there is somthing happening and I need to get back to China this month. I check the processing date of the I-159, it looks it will take 3 months to get it approved or denied.
My question is: without I-94 how could I leave the US and give them the record that I left? If yes, how?
I don't want to get trouble if I come here again and they will say "according to our record you were here all the time".
