Question about my parents Canadian Immigration huamao2007-06-12 15:31:09

I ted my parent Canadian Immigration on 6/8 to Buffalo office. On 6/11 the Buffalo office sent me back the acknowledge letter with the medical exams form, does that mean my parent will get their approval soon?
