PhD from an ordinary US university
Post-doc in totally different field (bio)
Application based on 3-yr post-doc work:
Work on large-scale NIH project
3 group patent applications, 6 journal papers (two from PhD work to make up the number), ~30 citations.
Reviewer for three professional journals
Two additional patent applications and 3 new papers, research associate, 5 recomm letters (two from national labs) for REF
