My lawyer said there is no advantage in doing a Premuim 140 now, because she said my priority date is March 2007, my 140 was filed last week and the backlog of 485 is Jan 2006, the 140 should be approved before the 485 cutoff date is advanced to March 2007, given current slow moving situation. So she suggested I don't waste the $1000. And our HR don't want to pay it as there is no business reason for paying it(the company paid all the other necessary exp)
My question is, if, in an optimitic scenario, the 485 cutoff date is advanced fast to close to March 2007, while my 140 is still pending for approval, can I add the $1000 later to request the premium processing?
