My EB2 140 was approved last July and due to the cut-off date I couldn't file 485 based on my approved EB2 140. Then in Dec last year, I concurrently filed EB1-B 140 and 485. Afterwards, I got 1 fingerprinting and EAD/AP. Two weeks ago, I got RFE of my EB1-B 140 and now I'm preparing for the RFE.
Then today's vb is current for all categories. I have 3 questions:
1. Can I file another 485 based on my approved EB2 140? If I can, what special issues I need to take care of, such as A# number?
2. If I cannot file two 485, can I link my already filed 485 to my EB2 140, instaed of the pending EB1-B 140?
3. If I cannot link the already filed 485 to my EB2 140, what can I do? Do I need to cancel the pending 485 and re-file a new 485 based on my EB2 140? What's your opinion about my cases?
