My hu*****and and I both have our own I140 approved last year. He is EB1. I am EB3. He ted I-495 early this year and the case is pending. I was his dependant included in his I-485. Now my priority date becomes current in July. Can I still my I-485? If so, can I include him in my case? Thanks!
