My LG is the principle applicant and his I140 is still pending. My current status is OPT. My H1b got approved but will be active on Oct 1st. I am using my OPT right now. If I file 485 with my hu*****and right now, is it risky if his I140 fails?If I can't, when should I join his application later on?
