The officer told me that my case is under review and the response from FBI for name check is back. She did not say "clear" at the first time, but when I asked "does it mean clear?" she said yes. She couldn't tell me the date, since she was out of that screen when talking to me. When I aked about the valid period of the check, she said she doesn't think there is a experiation date, but she does not know for sure.
