Friends, I am planning to file I140 and I485 together for NIW by myself.
Please help me clarify these several questions.
If my case failed, did it affect my later case (I will probably apply EB1B by lawyer when I get faculty position)?
If the processing time for all kinds of greencard application is current, it seems no difference of speed to get approved for greencard between EB1B and NIW, am I right?
If I140 need to be approved first, then they will start handle I485, what’s the point to file them together, I mean even though there is no waiting period for I485, but you still need wait for I140 approved and then wait for your turn to handle your I485?
My hu*****and is a post and his status is OPT, any problems for him to apply H1B if we file greencard application?
By the way, I appreciate if you can provide guidance to prepare I140 and I485.
