1.我的同事的先生持绿卡在中国工作,她说只要每6个月内回来一次就不用申请re-enter permit,而且每次回来呆在美国的时间也没有限制. 这是真的吗?
2.我要去加拿大读2年书,寒暑假回美国来打工,你曾经建议我申请这个permit,我想知道,申请这个permit,我的绿卡要被收回去吗?申请了以后,能在2年内自由出入美国吗?所有绿卡持有人在美国的权利有什么改变吗(我知道入籍的时候不算这2年,我不介意这个)?
搞清楚总是好些,麻烦你答复一下.谢谢!!
