自 7/1/2007始, 职业移民无排期, 相信很多人象我一样, 想自己申办 I-485.
My I-140 got approved about one year in EB2. I'm in 4th year of H1b doing computer software. My wife, daughter, and I are going to apply togeter. I can have my lawyer to do I-485 petition without additional fee because I already paid off the whole fee. The agreement with the lawyer stipulates that he should do I-485 petition without additional chagre. However, I just call his office yesterday and today. He said there are about 80 I-140 approved candidates waiting for I-485 submission at hands. I am afraid that my case may be delayed beyond July 1 by him. I think the visa numbers at current are very time-sensitive. So, I am going to for myself.
