I-485递交180天后, 用EAD能做 Independent contractor with 1099 Form 吗? 很累仔2008-01-10 08:18:09

我是做电脑的, 是A公司(Consulting agency)的W2 Employee, 但为B公司做项目, 称为C2C Employee (Contractor To Contractor).
A公司sponsor 我的 I-140, I-485递交180天后, 如果用EAD换工作到B公司, 或者另一个C新公司, 肯定能作 similar duty's W2 Employee, 但想请教我能做 Independent contractor with 1099 Form 吗? In this status, I'll pay the tax for myself. 新公司只给我 1099 Form rather than W2 Form. Does this mean I am being self-employed as I am with 1099 status? 用EAD能做吗? Appreciate your suggestion greatly. 感谢!
