Xiao Bai Tu,

Here is a tough question on H1b, since I cannot find any related answer in this forum.Here are the questions:

Situation I: One used his first H1b for 2 years and then stopped in 2000, Is it possible to apply H1b now again without H1 quota?

Situation II: One used his H1b for 4.5 years (renewed once) and then stopped in 2004. Is it possible to apply H1b now again without H1 quota?

in both situations, the time period starting from the H1b first issuing date to now is over 6 years and both stopped over a few years.

Could Xiao Bai Tu please brief me on the above questions?

not XBT, but try: 1. need h1 quota 2. if h1 period
