申请人是computer artist, 主要工作范围是; 电脑特效,有在英国,加拿大和美国等大公司工作的经历, 最近参与的电影是spiderman 3,电脑专业的博士后, 但之前地工作与现在的工作好像有gap,不知道应该怎样把前后两工作联系起来,自己感觉case不是很强.
RFE要求以下5方面的东西:
1. evidence in which clearly establishes that the self petitioner has demonstrated sustained national or international acclaim. Please provide evidence to show how the acclaim is of national or international merit.
用申请人的国际工作经历好像不够, 其它还有什么可准备?
2. evidence to establish that the self-petitionaer’s achievements have been recognized in the field through extensive documentation. The evidence must clearly demonstrate that the beneficiary’s achievements set him/her apart from others in the field of expertise.
推荐人中有两人是Oscar获得者,可以把他们的获奖证书也放进documentation中吗?

3. evidence that the alien seeks to enter the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability.
目前所在公司的合同够不够?
5. evidence the alien’s entry into the United States will substantially benefit prospectively the United States. Documentation must clearly show what the benefit will be to the United States.
