Does anybody knows whether an ETA-750b needs to be added to I140 application package?
I filed my 140 by myself on Aug 1st, 2006, but I didn't know an ETA-750b form needs to file simutaniously. Please tell me whether this mistake gives bad influence to my application. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
