Xiaobaitu and other experts: I-485 with O-1 and address change q daifay2007-06-18 21:39:53

A company is going to file O-1 for me, maybe next month and I will file I-485 (NIW) with EAD at the beginning of next month. Is it critical to file O-1 or I-485 first, or does not matter?

I might have to move to another state soon. I heard that address change in USCIS might be a problem. The mail might still send to the old address and cause the returned FP notice. In this case, do I need to hire a lawyer just for this? I can file I-485 on July 1st. But lawyer might delay 4-7 days according to the busy schedule of the lawyer right now. Is this an issue?
