K1签证 or K3签证 kkk892007-06-18 23:26:58

I have a girlfriend in China and now we prepare to get married. There seems two ways to get her to USA:

1. apply K1 visa for her to come USA and get married here.
2. I go back China and get married with her, and apply K3 visa for her.

Which way is faster? It's said K3 is safer than K1, is that true?
