We are preparing to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently for a family based application for spouse who is in USA now. But We are not sure where to send those forms. Here is the instruction from USCIS:

1). Form I-130 says:
Note: If the Form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the Form I-485 application resides.

2). The USCIS webpage for Form I-485 says:
Family-Based Applications:
If you are filing for lawful permanent resident status based on a family relationship with a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident, file your I-485 at:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120lace

3). The first page of Form I-485 says:
If you are live in one of these states or territories, please read this notice to determine your filing location:

........... Alaskalace, Nebraska, ..............

As previously published and remains in effect – effective December 1, 2004
Direct mail instructions for persons filing Form I-485.

Based on above instructions: #1 tells us to file in NSC,#2 says in Chicago, #3 tells in NSC.

We got very confused where we really should file Forms I-130 and I-485 concurrently? In Chicago or NSC?

Your help is greatly appreciated!
