Could you kind enough to give me a link to say H1-B visa can renew every 3 years if your I-140 approved and I-485 pending (mine pending more than 2 years), my Human Resource guy doesn't believe me, he only wants me to renew 1 year(that is last year of my 6-year limit H1-B visa if I haven't filed 140 and 485.

why don't you use EAD? it could be helpful

using EADis not a good idea for priciple GC applicant

you mean you can earn 3 yrs to extend and file 485 again,other 3

3yrs extend and deny, file other 485, 3yrs extend ...
