I have one Eb2 140 pending (PD march/07), and now I am filing 485 based on this pending Eb2 140. I also prepared all the materials for Eb1b 140 and can be ted in this week, I already paid the lawyer some legal fee for the Eb1b and spend many efforts on collecting the materials. Is it useful for me to the Eb1b 140 based on current situation? Any suggestion? Thanks.
