NIW 140 received 03/29/2006, approved 08/06/2006 at TSC, 485 has not ted yet due to backlog.
Eb1b 140 and 485 concurrently ted to NSC by employer 03/15/2007, pending.
Qustion: Can I the NIW 485 through my attorney? If I do so, will it cause any bad impact on my Eb1b 485? or will it cause any bad impact on my immigration status as a whole?
