Currently a graduate student, have 2 F-1 visa stamps on passport, my hu*****and is the principal applicant. Got these questions when preparing the lawyer's questionnaire for 485 form:
Question 1: "Nonimmigrant Visa" should be the most recent F-1 visa stamp (went back to China once)?
Question 2: Should I include my teaching/research assistant jobs as employment? Got paid and have W-2.
Question 3: My I-94 is showing DOS. So the expiration of my status is no specific date?
