The recuitment of my PERM will start very soon. But there is no opening for my current position. Is it legal that my employer post a job ad to only serve the purpose of my labor certificate application purpose? If there is a qualified American applicant, will I be replaced with this person as required. Does anyone have this experience before? Please advise.
