BCIS Distric Office problem? yiw52003-10-14 10:11:00

I submitted my AP application for more than one month at Philadephia Distric Office, but never received any receipts. I just wander, how can I check my case status late without a receipts?

I know If I submit to any BCIS Serverse Center, I would receive a receipts after within 2 or 3 weeks.

Does the Disctrict Office not send us receipts when we application immigration benefits there?
