通过电话interview,美国一大学教授用EMAIL提供一非正式的博士后OFFER.可过了一个多月,这一教授又EMAIL说:
"As I wrote earlier, the Dean's office is the only one authorized to make an official offer for the postdoctoral researcher position. Regretfully, after further discussion, our university has decided not to extend the official offer to you."
怎么可以这样出尔反尔?请有经验的分析一下,到底出了什么问题, 以便下次申请时尽量避免.
1)教授找到了更合适的?(好象不象,他一直和我联系)
2)安全问题(项目来自NASA)? 本人背景很简单,应没问题.
