Hi,
The process time for I-130 cases (permanent resident filling for spouse) at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is about two years (4-13-2001 vs. 5-18-1999) ahead of that at the California Service Center (CSC).
Questions:
1) If we move from CSC region (California) to NSC region (i.e. Washington state), will they send our case to NSC?
2) If they do, will NSC process our case according to our receiving date at CSC (3-6-2001)?
3) How long does it take to transfer a case from one center to the other?
