我的140是在五月份交的，现在pending。 H1B今年九月底到期。今天我问公司HR的人什么时候办H1B延期和提交485，她说要先等几周看看140的情况。不明白为什么要等啊？我到时候会不会有什么麻烦或风险？这是她的原话：
The H1B we will work on in a few weeks. I have to hold off for a few different reasons, and we have some time. I’ll let you know if I receive an update on your I-140. Otherwise, we’ll start your H1B extension and 485 in a few weeks.
请问大家我该怎么做呢？不想让HR的人浪费时间。
