My wife is in Canada and I am H-1 visa holder. Both of us are Canadian Citizen. My wife plans to apply H-4 visa, could anyone tell us
1) where she can apply the visa, board or consulate? she is in Montreal right now.
2) what kind of documents she needs to provide?
