Filing I-485 as derivative, the documents I've prepared (Spouse's I-485 is pending)

1. I-485
2. Birth Certificate
3. Passport (main pages and pages with visas, F2&F1)
4. Two photoes (filing I-485 only)
5. Medical examination (sealed)
6. G-325A
7. I-94, F1 OPT, EAD card, all I-20s (as proof of legal status from the date of entry)
8. Spouse's I-140 approval notice and I-485 receipt
9. W2 forms of last year
10. Check of $395.
