marriage with EAD char1234562003-10-14 17:26:00

Hi, Folks

Supposing My H-1B expires and I am working in US as a EAD holder (I485 in
file, green card pending). I go back to mainland China and get married, and then come
back to US using advanced parole.

Could my future wife come here joining me as
my spouse dependend? What kind of visa I should apply for her? How possible this kind of
visa could get approved?
