LD的OPT5/31过期，EB3的140已批，现在F2pending,才发现申请140后F2很可能被拒，但是如果他现在就交485的话，是不是只要receipt在7/31号之前就可保证身份？如果后来F2被拒，会有什么影响？万分感谢！
