On I-485 instruction, It said that all applications(employment based) should sent to:

On my I-140 approval notice, It said :
The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the US and will apply for AOS. He or she should contact the local INS to obtain Form I-485, application for permanent Residence. A copy of this notice should be ted with the application, with approriate fee, to this Service Center.
My I-140 was approved in TSC. So where should I send my I-485 application?
TSC or NSC.
