Anyone know the refile address after wrongfully rejected. 111111222007-11-11 06:37:11

All the other receipts for my family are got from TSC. Only my daughter's application was rejected by mistake (they ask new fee, but should be old fee). Should I resend my daughter's to TSC too.

I remember that I saw a address which is just for refiling of wrongfully rejected case. Anyone has any idea?

actually it took me 4 weeks to get my daughter's.
