radiology: here are my further questions concerned of my situation. my basic situation is LG is H1 and I amd F1/OPT.
1, what if I do not apply for EAD? I mean now I only fill out 485 form with my hu*****and. After his 140 is approved, then I apply for my EAD. In this situation, what will be my status?
2, here is another way. Only Hu*****and send out 140/485 on July 1 and he will use premium for 140 processing. After his 140 is approved, I send out my 485 and EAD application.In this way, I think I can keep my OPT now and make sure the failure of his 140 will not affact me. After I receive EAD, I start to transfer to H4. So finally, if the 485 is failed, I still can go back to H4. Am I right?
So do you think which way is better? Is all my thinking is reasonable in Part 2?
