My NIW PD is Jul. 2005, I140 was approved Sep. 9th 2005, 2nd Fingerprint @ may 8th 2007, because my wife broke her thumb at that time, so she did the FP @ Jun 9th, I went to local Immigration office today, a lady told me my BACKGROUND CHECK IS STILL PENDING, what should I do now? just waiting or could I do anything at this time.
