Last year, I flew from Shainghai to Washington D.C. on AirCanada. I stopped in Ottawa. I do not remember when I entered US customs. When I read my I-94, it has OTT on the stamp. Does that mean I entered US customs in Ottawa Canada?

One 485 and 765 forms, I have to answer place of last entry into US, should I put Ottawa, Canada?
