Which date will be used as the start date of EAD, the date of approval by immigation ICS, or the date you rquest and recommeded by the International office?
For eaxmple, I would request OPT starting on July, refer to current processing time of local INS TSC, International office estimated that the application would be approved later into August if I apply end of April . They told me that, EAD card would show August 2004 as starting date with one year duration, does anyone know if such comment is reliable?
