I have 2 I-94 numbers, could anyone please tell me which one to use on my I-485 form? The first number was back in 2000 when I was on F-2, this was a hand-written number (the machine-generated number was crossed out and replaced with this one. This number is also shown on my current I-797A form. Then this year when I came back from China, the I-94 card had a different machine-generated number which wasn't crossed out and replaced with a hand-written one like the previous number(or did they forget to do so?). My question is, am I suppose to use the machine generated number or the previous hand-written number for my I-485?
