I am going to Vancouver to get my H1-B visa stamped this May (From F1 to H1-B), and was told by the US embassy officer that it needs three business day to get the visa issued. However, I heard that realistically the embassy issues the visa at the same day. I need to book my air tickets and hotel soon. Anybody knows exactly how many days the embassy needs to issue the visa?
