I have wrote to NBC, CNN, FOX and ABC, and also send emails to democrat presidential candidates and congress men and senators with big influence.
I told them the Bush's government just broke the law. My lawyer told me that like today's action, the government by law is obligated to inform us 15 days in advance. But the reality is not even one day!
The least we can do in this so call democratic country is to make our voice heard. We should do it like a grass root movement. Look what was done on the proposed immigration bill. The grass root calls and emails were main reasons to stop this bill. So now it is time for us to do out grass root movement to make US state government and immigration to stop their illegal action against us.
So far I have emailed close to one hundred national and local TV stations and influential senate and congress men and women. And I will continue to do so. Please join me to bombard them with your emails and voices.

Terrible Day for Legal Immigrants Who are Patiently Waiting in line, but Bush Government just broke the law today!!!
Something significant happened today. Bush government not only incompetent and messed up handling the illegal immigration issue, but also screw up the LEGAL immigrants today.
Today the State Department all of sudden revised the Employee Based Immigration Visa availability to unavailable at all, which was excactly announced by them 2 weeks ago as all available.

This is like a paunch in the face to thousands of legal immigrants patiently waiting in line. Two weeks ago, they just saw the mercy from the government and light from the end of the tunnel, when they announcement all employment based category were made unavailable for them in July. Ten of thousands of people and their families were busy with preparing the paper works, drawing blood and taking shots for medical exams, canceling travel plans in past two weeks of preparation. In addition, ten of thousands of lawyers and companies were busy with preparing filing for clients.
Now all of sudden, the government ate their own words today and pulled it back!!! Is this the revenge for un-passed immigration bill? Or just because they are so greedy as to delay accepting applications until after all filing fees get tripled next month.
Well, what would we, Legal foreign workers patiently waiting in line, have done wrong? Why should we and our families, children get played and punished?!!!
By law, the state department should give at least 15 days in advance on this kind of change. They didn't even give a day! So they are violating the law here, but they acted like "so what" attitude.
Bush's administration is screwing up ten of thousands of innocent legal immigration families and children. These people have been obeying the law, waiting in line, and just gone through hell of getting medical exams with blood drawing, some pregnant women even took the risk of taking dangerous medical shots which are not good for their baby, paying ton of money to lawyers for preparing the paper works.
Now without any pre-notification required by law, the state government is just saying "screw you, legal immigrants!" This is outrageous!
