We e-filed I-140 on July 1st, and the case has been accepted. On the I-140 we chose file I-485 concurrently and it passed. Today, July 2nd, we knew the bad news about the back log. Could we still file I-140 supporting material with our I-485 together in this kind of situation? If we file them together, do you think that it will hurt our I-140 case? Or it doesn't matter.
