DOS made a mistake. They should not put all cateogories in the current in July, even should not speed up VB in june. Because they did not have enough visa number. So some people are lucky to get their cases approved.
Only thing to do is to wait, I waited for 12 years and i got it, but it is nothing, i am going back to my country.
