Recent experience with AP? jenny30272004-04-14 18:00:37

I want to apply for an emergency AP to go back to China. Does anybody have this experience with AP recently? Do we have any problem to come back to USA with AP? Do we have to get background check when we come back with AP? Please help me, it is urgent.
