(2) For those pending 485ers and future 485ers (after July), if you think
the the best way to protect your interests is to support the revised VB
released by DOS on July 2rd, then go ahead. You can post your reasons here.
As a dult, I believe most people here can make their own decisions based on
the avaialbe information.
For me, I support the revised VB released by DOS on July 2rd. It is very
simple, if July VB become C, there might be another 4 or 5 or even more BECs
will appear. Without new cases, I do think July, Aug, Sept are good times
for USCIS to use up the visa quota of FY2007 and clear up the BEC cases and
other pending cases. After that, the whole procedure of 485 will be much
better than before.
