请教xiaobaitu 及各位　F2->F1->H1 回国，返美签证材料 bug_catcher2007-07-06 04:02:37

I have changed my status from F2->F1->H1. My H1 was just renewed, starting from 9/1/07. I'm leaving for China in two weeks. I have two questions:

1. When I exit U.S., my renewed H1 hasn't started yet. Shall I surrender the I-94 on the latest I-797, which start from 9/1?
2. What documents should I prepare for in order to apply for the H1 visa in China? Please note that I have changed status twice.
