J waiver:do i need newDS-3035 ilyueyue2004-04-15 19:39:43

I got my case No. (N-xxxxxx) 4 years ago and then sent the datasheet( current DS 3035) back to DOS. Now my case is in DOS pending. I couldn't find my status on DOS online cheking site.
My question:
Do I need to resend a new datasheet(DS-3035) to DOS ?

any friends with case No like "N-xxxxxx" , can you share your expereince? Thanks a lot!
