My NIW(10/16/06) is pending at NSC. I am going to file 140 and 485 under EB1 after 07/30(I assume 485 of eb1 will be open soon) at TSC. So there are some possible situations.
1) both of them are pending. question: Which 140 will be followed by 485? NIW or Eb1?
Following question s are based on the assumption that my ebl 140 will link to 485.
2) My 140 of NIW get approved, but my 140 of eb1 is pending. Question: Can I transfer 485 of eb1 to let it follow my approved 140 NIW?
3) both of 140 are pending. question :Can I transfer 485 of eb1 to let it follow my 140 NIW.
4)My eb1 140 get failed and my NIW 140 is pending or get approved. question:
Can I transfer 485 of eb1 to let it follow my 140 NIW?
