My RD is July 1st. Old one will expired on 8/26/10. I did expedite request(ER) one time, but got rejected. then company's lawyer filed another ER. After that, I reached a local congresswoman's office, they would like to help me and contacted NSC immediately, but NSC need a letter from employer which says I will be terminated without new EAD. I told HR. HR called the lawyer, and the lawyer told HR not to give me the letter and asked me not do anything about ER. The reason is that it might disturb the ER the lawyer filed. of course, HR will listen to the lawyer, not me, so I get screwed up.Congresswoman's office told me they can do ER for me for my case, pending is less than 70 days with the letter. The lawyer kept saying they have relation with a high level USCIS officer in NSC, but I doubted it.otherwise my case should get approved now. I think they are just boasting, then they can make easy money from companies. So do those ERs really disturb each other, by lawyer, myself, congressman ... as the lawyer said? Thanks
