I heard that one has to work for the petitioning employer for more than 6 month, after Green Card is approved. Is this true? What is the implication if I cannot stay 6 more month? By the way, I plan to apply for citizenship after 5 years.
Why can one change job while still 485 pending (by AC21), but not after 485 approved?
