My friend graduated last year with Doctor in Education (Major: instructional technology). She has 3 articles on journal and 4 presentations on conference. But she does not have too many times of citations. Now she works as Data Analyst. Her job deion requires Bachelor degree only. It will take long long time for Eb3. Is she qualified for NIW approval?
